It all started shortly after WWII (world war 2).
My grandfather John had learned the ice cream trade from a few Italian’s who fled Italy under Mussolini. He was able to start a family with my grandmother from the ice cream trade. Eventually it was passed down to my mother and then to myself.
I’m proud to say that we are three (3) generations strong within the ice cream business!
